Frank lived on Gaul Street in Philadelphia in the 1920 Census, while his wife
Lillian and son Gilbert were living around the corner on Westmorland Street with
Lillian's parents, as they were seperate at the time. Known to be a booze runner
for Al Capone driving from Chicago to Phildaelphia. Pensylvania State Police had
a warrant for his arrest so Frank could not come back into that state. His
marriage reportedly broke up because of it.
